The State of Oklahoma Business Process Operations (BPO) Center of Excellence is the state’s central organization for process optimization, supporting each of the executive branch agencies. Our mission is to improve Oklahoma state government services by optimizing processes and providing insight into process performance via metrics and dashboards. We lead and support state agencies to build a culture of continuous process improvement. We leverage optimization exercises from multiple methodologies, to create a statewide standard that empowers employees and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of state government services for the citizens of Oklahoma.
