By using technical solutions such as webinars, list serves, and video conferencing, providers participating in the SoonerCare HMP have the opportunity to network, share best practices and problem solve with other providers and allied health professionals statewide and regionally. Your practice facilitator can provide further details on these opportunities.

Our goal is to equip your practice with the tools needed to provide quality, evidence-based care. You will receive mailings from the HMP containing disease-specific, evidence-based guidelines as well as flowcharts and other forms that will make the right thing to do, the easy thing to do.
