APA WF# 21-42 Rural Health Centers (RHC) and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) Visit Limitation Revisions

The proposed revisions will add language that allows for a SoonerCare Choice member, who has chosen an RHC/FQHC as his/ her/their Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH)/Primary Care Provider (PCP), to exceed the four (4) visit limitation. This change is necessary to align with current business practices.
