Kristen Carollo serves as the Waterways Program Manager and Freight Liaison within the Multi-Modal Division. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist and Oklahoma Board Certified Teacher, who holds a Bachelor’s from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s from Northeastern State University. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in outreach, community involvement and program development to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Kristen has a passion for creating safer environments for Oklahoma residents to reside in while they live, work, and play.
