ODOT History

- I–40 Webbers Falls- The incident, which affected families nationwide, occurred at the I–40 bridge near Webbers Falls when a barge traveling upstream rammed the bridge piers knocking down more than 500 feet of the four–lane structure.

Oklahoma Mobility
Oklahoma Transportation includes the Office of Mobility and Transit. The states first public transit plan, themed “Oklahoma Mobility,” is being developed in partnership between ODOT and the Oklahoma Transit Association and includes input from rural and urban transit providers and stakeholders. Additionally, Oklahoma Transportation supports aviation interests statewide with the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission
Partnering with the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, we provide our customers with a choice of a safe, convenient, efficient, user-funded transportation network focusing on fiscal responsibility and promoting economic development.
