Randle White, P.E.
District Eight Engineer
Randle White has been the District Engineer for ODOT’s District Eight in Tulsa since 2005 and has more than 36 years of experience with the department. As District Engineer, he manages transportation planning and operations in Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa and Washington counties in northeastern Oklahoma, including the Tulsa metro area.
Randle was born in Woodward and graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He joined ODOT soon afterward as an Engineer-in-Training.
He became a project engineer at the Edmond Residency in 1986, moving up to Assistant Resident Engineer in 1988. He was named Resident Engineer in Enid in 1991, and in 1995 was promoted to Assistant Division Engineer of Construction for District Seven in south central Oklahoma before moving to his current position.
White is a Registered Professional Engineer and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He and his wife, Celina, live in Broken Arrow.
