Customer ID and PIN Questions

A 9-digit identification number assigned by OKDHS to be used to access Customer Services available through the CSS Interactive Voice Response Telephone system.

Personal Identification Number. This 6-digit number is your secret number to access your personal data. This number is known only to you. Neither OKDHS nor child support staff have access or knowledge of this number.

You must have an active child support case.  You may contact the CARE call center at 1-405-522-2273 or 1-918-295-3500 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST. You may also send a request by e-mail to your district Child Support Offices from our list.   A new computer generated ID and PIN will be mailed to you within five working days.  NOTE:  The ID and PIN may arrive on separate days.  When requesting an ID and/or PIN, please be sure to include your full name, current mailing address, and OCSS FGN (case number). 

The Interactive Voice Response system is a method for accessing payment and hearing information by telephone. It will also allow you to hear general child support information and the opportunity to talk to a customer service representative.

You can reset your PIN at any time by logging into the WEBPIN using your current OKDHS Customer ID and PIN. Once the Welcome screen is displayed, click on the "Change My PIN" link, on the left, to access the form.

If you have a DHS Customer ID and PIN you are enrolled for access.

In general, it is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year unless taken offline for maintenance.

SECURITY TIPS: These few tips can help ensure the privacy of your account information.

  • Always exit the site using the Exit button on the left-hand side.
  • Do not write your PIN in public view.
  • Do not leave those numbers where someone sitting at your computer can see them.
  • You should never reveal your PIN to anyone.
  • Notify OKDHS immediately if you notice any unusual activity.
  • Keep all documents that include your account/case information in a safe place.

The information is not public. Only you can access it using your OKDHS Customer ID and PIN..
