Administrative Letter 25-02: Retroactive Rate Increase for Community Living Group Homes

Dear DDS Providers,
A retroactive increase for Community Living Group Home rates for 6, 7, 8 and 9-bed homes have been approved effective on Oct. 1, 2024. The identified rate changes are below.

DDS Provider Support has reached out to all providers affected by this retroactive increase. Please see the previous provider letter about rate changes effective Oct. 1, 2024.
New service authorizations (“PB” numbers) should have already been issued effective 10/1/24 to reflect the appropriate rate. If your rate has not been updated, please contact DDS Provider Support for assistance.
If any claims have been filed and paid at the previous rate, those claims must be voided for the DDS Provider Support Center to create an authorization for the correct rate.
Please update your billing processes to reflect the rate increase for services provided on or after Oct. 1, 2024.
