Supplemental Security Income - Disabled Children’s Program (SSI-DCP)

This program assists children and youth from birth up to age 17 who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Services include supplemental respite vouchers, formula, adaptive equipment that aids in accessibility or mobility and interaction/integration services aimed at strengthening the child physically or mentally.

Respite vouchers are also available through this program.

SSI-DCP is a social service program, which provides speciality services to children who receive  Supplemental Security Income (SSI) from the Social Security Administration (SSA).

No, this is not a SoonerCare benefit. This funding comes from Title V of the Social Security Act, Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant. The funding for this Block Grant is approved on a yearly basis by the Federal Government.

Any child, from birth up to age 17, who receives SSI from the Social Security Administration.

Services may also be available to other Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN).
