State Suppliers Expo

After five wonderful years of connecting Oklahoma’s business community with state agencies at the State Suppliers Expo, we have made the decision to sunset the event. We are proud of the partnerships and learning opportunities shared during these events and remain fully committed to supporting new and existing suppliers on their journey to do business with the State of Oklahoma.

While we will miss the in-person networking, most of the same resources and support provided at the expo are available year-round through the state's Central Purchasing office.

To ensure you have everything you need to do business with the state, please refer to the following tools and resources:

• Training and onboarding: Visit the Supplier and Payee Training page for step-by-step instructions on navigating supplier registration and other essential guides. Find answers to frequently asked registration questions on the Supplier and Payee Registration FAQ page.
• Bidding opportunities: View all of the state's current open solicitations, including statewide contract opportunities, on the public Bidding Opportunities page. Note: Organizations must be registered as a state supplier to submit formal bids.
• Existing statewide contracts: Browse existing statewide contracts and their expiration dates to identify which contracts align with your products or services and to determine potential rebid timelines.
