Oklahoma Abstractors Board

Founded in 2008, the Oklahoma Abstractors Board serves as the regulatory authority for the abstracting industry in the State of Oklahoma. The Board issues certificates of authority, individual abstractor licenses, and permits to develop abstract plants. In addition, the Board offers monthly testing to individuals seeking their abstract licenses. It also investigates consumer and industry complaints concerning abstracting issues and attempts to resolve them by using informal resolution methods.
