Oklahoma Lottery Commission

The Oklahoma Lottery Commission serves as the state agency with the legal authority to conduct a lottery system within the State of Oklahoma, providing all profits to the state for appropriation by the Legislature and Governor to Oklahoma education beneficiaries. The Oklahoma Lottery Commission oversees the operation of a statewide system of retailers who contract with the Lottery to sell lottery products as developed and offered by the Lottery and as allowed by state law. The Lottery operates a statewide gaming network through its contracted gaming vendor that provides gaming equipment at over 2,300 contract retail locations.
