Optometry Board

Founded in 1911, the purpose of the Optometry Board is to protect the public by serving as the official licensing agency and regulatory board for the practice of optometry. The main functions of the Board are annually licensing optometrists, annually administering State Board Exams, regulating and recording required continuing education, resolving public complaints, and administering disciplinary action when necessary.
