Oklahoma Real Estate Commission

The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission is a non-appropriated agency that serves as the sole government entity to regulate and issue all real estate licenses in the State of Oklahoma. In addition to licensing real estate professionals, the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission investigates and prosecutes consumer and licensee complaints related to licensed and unlicensed real estate activity in Oklahoma. Beyond licensing and regulatory compliance, the Commission is responsible for the creation and production of standard real estate contracts and forms for use by all citizens and licensees in Oklahoma.
