Oklahoma Department of Securities

The Oklahoma Department of Securities regulates the offer and sale of securities in the State of Oklahoma through the registration, or the exemption therefrom, of securities offered and/or sold in and/or from the state; the registration of securities professionals transacting business in and/or from the state; and enforcement actions to sanction and prevent prohibited conduct under the state’s securities laws and regulations.
