Real Estate and Leasing Services assists state agencies in maximizing the value achieved through the state’s owned and leased real property.   Services provided include:

• Identifying state space available for lease or sublease;

• Space evaluation;
• Lease contracting;
• Title research;
• Property disposals;
• Property acquisitions;
• Negotiation, drafting and execution of property-related contracts.

Real Estate and Leasing Services also maintains the state’s inventory of the state’s owned and leased real property and publishes an annual report containing information on the current inventory.
