Community Connectors

Community Connectors are promoters of home visitation programs located in communities in the following three counties: Oklahoma, Tulsa and Comanche. These Connectors help facilitate community collaboration between programs in order to help strengthen families and foster healthy parenting, promote and make referrals to home-based family support programs, and link families to community resources.
