Workplace Safety

Creating a Safer Workplace Together

Safety at work is not just about following procedures; it’s about protecting what matters most—your employees. A safe workplace ensures that everyone goes home healthy and that your business thrives. From small startups to large corporations, safety practices are crucial for creating a productive environment and minimizing risks.

Every year, many Oklahomans face time off due to work-related injuries or illnesses. These incidents impact employees and businesses alike, leading to costly disruptions. But with the right safety measures in place, you can prevent accidents before they happen and safeguard your workforce.

The Impact of Workplace Injuries

For Workers:

  • Loss of life and livelihood
  • Strain on family and relationships
  • Unmanageable health-care costs

For Employers:

  • Lost work time and reduced productivity
  • Rising workers’ compensation costs
  • High turnover rates and damaged morale
