On Nov. 10, OMES Central Purchasing launched a modernized statewide contract search website built with users in mind. The new site is faster, easier to navigate and provides accurate contract data.

New features

• Enhanced search function: You can now filter your searches by a dozen different data points, including category code, brand name, statewide contract number and supplier ID.
• Clean documents: We have decluttered the document history. Now, only current and relevant contract documents are available, and they are clearly labeled, eliminating confusion over old versions.
• Find vendors: Easily view supplier information and contact details right alongside the contract, making it simple to inquire about quotes and availability.
• Know who to call: Contract managers and their contact information are clearly identified on every contract profile, ensuring you connect with the right expert immediately.
• Work from anywhere: The entire site is now mobile-responsive, ensuring a great user experience on desktops, tablets and phones.

This new, intuitive site will save time, improve the accuracy of purchases and connect you with the right contract solutions faster than ever. Bookmark the new link for quick access to the site!

The new version of the State Use Procurement Schedule, updated November 2025, is now in effect, bringing two significant changes:

• The "Suitable to Procure" designation has been eliminated.
• All items on the updated State Use Procurement Schedule are mandatory for purchase at a zero-dollar threshold.

The below statewide contracts have recently been awarded:

• SW1073: Strong Readers Act literacy instruction resources
• SW1175: Inmate communications
• SW0084: Scoreboards and digital displays
• SW1027: Aerospace management

Statewide contracts are available for use by Oklahoma state agencies, municipalities, institutes of higher education, school districts and other local governmental units. Explore all active statewide contracts on the new statewide contract search site.
