Child Support Services

Child Support Services (CSS) works diligently to support the well-being of Oklahoma’s children by helping families determine paternity, establish and enforce orders for financial and medical support and facilitate consistent and reliable support. Throughout Fiscal Year 2025, CSS advanced its mission to improve the economic stability of families by securing millions of dollars in child support payments that directly benefited families across the state. The division successfully established paternity for thousands of children, laying the groundwork for long-term support and stability.

In addition to financial assistance, CSS worked with families to secure improved access to healthcare coverage for children, helping ensure they have access to critical healthcare services. The division also strengthened its network of support by connecting parents to organizations that help maintain financial stability and self-sufficiency. Families were further supported through connections to additional vital programs such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), ensuring a more comprehensive safety net and building a brighter future for the next generation.
