Reservation Process
- Identify desired location.
- View the Capitol Event Reservations catalog for pictures and details of available spaces.
- Apply for a reservation.
- All applicants are required to read the State Capitol and Plaza Reservation Terms and Conditions as well as the Facilities Management Rules that regulate reservation conditions (links open in new tab).
- Complete the online form to submit your request.
- If your request is submitted correctly and approved:
- The Capital Assets Management reservation schedule will be updated with your reservation.
- You will be contacted with confirmation via your preferred method.
