Longevity Payment
On July 1, 2026, a new law takes effect that increases longevity payment amounts by 50% for eligible state employees. If you have at least two years of state service, you qualify for this benefit, which is designed to recognize your experience and continued commitment to public service. Longevity payments are processed following your anniversary date.
Updates to the longevity payment table below will be made soon to provide you with the most accurate information regarding your upcoming payments.
For each additional two years of service after the first 20 years, an additional $200.00 shall be added to the amount stated above for 20 years of service.
