No, you cannot hold both an Oklahoma State ID card and an Oklahoma Driver License. Any customer who possesses multiple credentials must consolidate them to a single credential at the time of issuance. The only exception is that a customer may hold a driver license and a Commercial Learner Permit (CLP).
