Tai Chi: Moving For Better Balance

A community or self-guided physical activity program.
Participants enroll in a 12-week class which is in-person and may help:
- Improve balance, strength, flexibility and mobility.
- Decrease incidence of falls.
- Increase self-esteem.
- Reduce stress.
- Enhance mental health.
- Enrich sleep quality.
