Tai Chi: Moving For Better Balance

A community or self-guided physical activity program.

Participants enroll in a 12-week class which is in-person and may help:

  • Improve balance, strength, flexibility and mobility.
  • Decrease incidence of falls.
  • Increase self-esteem.
  • Reduce stress.
  • Enhance mental health.
  • Enrich sleep quality.
