HealthChoice covers two 90-days courses of the following prescription tobacco cessation products at 100% each plan year when purchased at a HealthChoice Network Pharmacy.

- Chantix.
- Nicotrol inhaler system.
- Nicotrol nasal spray.
HealthChoice covers up to a 168-day supply of a prescription cessation product each calendar year.
