OMMA employees oversee Oklahoma's medical marijuana program as authorized by state law. OMMA strives to ensure safe and responsible practices across the industry for all Oklahomans. To achieve this, we work closely with many stakeholders, including partner agencies, the state Legislature and trade associations.

Since the passage of State Question 788 in 2018, the medical marijuana industry in Oklahoma has seen tremendous growth—the fastest in the country. With new legislation comes new employment opportunities for our growing team. As part of a state agency, OMMA offers employees a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous benefit allowance to offset the cost of insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.
