Oklahoma Nuclear Energy Generation Feasibility Study
SB 130 (2025) of the Oklahoma State Legislature, as codified under the Oklahoma Energy Initiative Act [17 O.S. Section (§) 803], directed the OCC to conduct a technical and legal feasibility study on nuclear energy generation in Oklahoma.

OGCD Oklahoma Information Exchange System (OKIES)
The Oklahoma Corporation Commission, will host a live OKIES demonstration on Tuesday, March 10 covering two filings:
- Form 1001A – Notification of Well Spud
- Form 1002A – Completion Report
This session will provide a walkthrough of how these new forms will be submitted and reviewed within OKIES, including system navigation, validation checks, and what to expect during the transition from legacy processes. A Q&A portion will be included; participants are encouraged to bring questions.
Prior to attending the OKIES demonstration attendees are encouraged to register for an OKIES account on our website. https://okies.occ.ok.gov
The new forms will go live Thursday March 19th, 2026. The legacy system will no longer be available once this occurs.
