Want to weigh in on an active utility case? There are five ways you can reach us.

All comments are public record and are entered into the case's documents.

Find the case number using the Commission's Electronic Case Filing system.

You may come to a hearing in person and provide comments to the judge and/or Commissioners.

We're located at the Will Rogers Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.

Once you reach the courtroom, you must sign in using the sign-in sheet. The judge or Commissioners will call for comments.

Our hearings are also accessible via Zoom. Commissioners typically hear public comments in cases, so hearings are conducted as Commission meetings.
