Health Facilities Plan Review
The Plan Review Program evaluates submitted plans for regulated facilities to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and building code requirements. The program also conducts construction inspections to verify that facilities are built according to the approved plans.
Important Notice for Plan Review Submittals
All plan review submittals — except those for Adult Day Care Centers — must be signed and sealed by a licensed architect or engineer registered in the State of Oklahoma. This requirement ensures that all plans meet established professional standards and comply with state regulations.
