Schools
Schools will be given signs based on the number of students, teachers and staff on campus. This will be referred to as the reach.
Reach 0-499
- The standard will be 2 signs, one for the main entrance and one for the parking lot.
- Should there be another main entrance used by at least 40% of individuals (based on best estimate and honor system, no documentation required), another sign may be requested for this location.
- Should there be another parking lot used by at least 40% of individuals (based on best estimate and honor system, no documentation required), another sign may be requested for this location.
- A maximum of 4 signs will be supplied for schools of this size.
- Exits from the building should use the decals as they can be mounted on doors.
- Metal signs are for outdoor display.
Reach 500-999
- The standard will be 3 signs, for two entrances and one parking lot.
- Should there be additional entrances used by a combined 40% of individuals (based on best estimate and honor system, no documentation required), additional signs may be requested for these locations.
- Should there be additional parking lots used by a combined 40% of individuals (based on best estimate and honor system, no documentation required), additional signs may be requested for these locations.
- A maximum of 5 signs will be supplied for schools of this size.
- Exits from the building should use the decals as they can be mounted on doors.
- Metal signs are for outdoor display.
Reach 1000+
- The standard will be 4 signs, for two entrances and two parking lots.
- Should there be additional entrances used by a combined 40% of individuals (based on best estimate and honor system, no documentation required), additional signs may be requested for these locations.
- Should there be additional parking lots used by a combined 40% of individuals (based on best estimate and honor system, no documentation required), additional signs may be requested for these locations.
- A maximum of 8 signs will be supplied for schools of this size.
- Exits from the building should use the decals as they can be mounted on doors.
- Metal signs are for outdoor display.
School Athletic Fields
Reach estimate will be asked for: average number of visitors per year.
- 1 sign will be provided per entrance.
- Exits do not count as additional entrance.
City Owned Parks
Reach estimate will be asked for: average number of visitors per year
- 1 sign will be provided per entrance.
- Exits do not count as additional entrances.
Community Buildings, Non Profits (including churches) or Private Businesses
Reach estimate will be asked for: average number of visitors per week
- 1 sign will be provided per entrance used by 40% or more of overall traffic (based on best estimate and honor system, no documentation required).
- 1 sign will be provided per parking lot used by 40% or more of overall traffic (based on best estimate and honor system, no documentation required).
- A maximum of 10 signs will be supplied.
- Exits from these buildings should use decals as they can be mounted on doors.
- Metal signs are for outdoor display.
