Bedding Industry

You have expressed an interest in obtaining a Bedding License. This is the first step in meeting the requirement for all Oklahoma Bedding Licenses.

To be eligible for a Bedding License, you must:

• Complete the application form.
• Mail in completed application with payment.
• Mail in current license from the state registered through.
• Mail in two copies of law label.
• Fees 
  • Initial Manufacturer- $5.00
  • Initial Germicidal- $25.00
  • Initial both- $30.00
• The license expires annually on June 30.
• Bedding Yearly Report is due annually by July 31. 
• Bedding Stamp Order Form

All portions of the licensure process may be completed by mailing the completed application with payment to:
