Public Pools and Spas

Due to a recent change in the State of Oklahoma statutes regarding the construction and operation of Homeowners' Association (HOA) pools. Effective immediately, a license is no longer required to construct and operate an HOA pool. This change is in accordance with the updated state regulations 63.OS. & 1-1022, which aims to reduce administrative requirements and simplify the process for HOA pool operations.

As a result of this change, the OSDH will discontinue inspection services for HOA pools. While inspections will no longer be conducted, the OSDH remains a resource for information and guidance related to pool operations, safety, and regulatory compliance. Should you have any questions or need assistance, our team will be happy to provide it.
